A separate written agreement, quotation, or contract governs the terms of any project we undertake for you, including pricing, payment schedule, timelines, and warranties.

Design concepts we produce for a client engagement remain our intellectual property until the relevant project is paid for in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
